Integrate Project Final Conference
As the INTEGRATE Project enters its final phase, we are pleased to announce the INTEGRATE Final Conference, taking place in Leuven, on 28–29 May 2026, at Keizersberg (Mechelsestraat 202, 3000 Leuven, Belgium).
This two-day international event will bring together leading researchers, innovators, and stakeholders to present the final outcomes of the Integrate Project and to discuss future perspectives in bio-integrated soft actuation technologies.
About the Conference
The conference will feature a rich and engaging programme, including:
Where soft robotics meets biology to enable a new generation of implantable technologies
About the Integrate Project
INTEGRATE is an EIC Pathfinder project funded by the European Innovation Council (EIC) and Swiss SERI, focused on the development of bio-integrable, metabolically powered soft actuators.
By harnessing biochemical energy directly from the human body, Integrate lays the groundwork for next-generation implantable devices and advanced prosthetics that do not rely on external power sources, pushing the boundaries of soft robotics and biomedical engineering.
Who Should Attend
Participation is open to all interested stakeholders, including:
-
Researchers and students
-
Industry and technology developers
-
Healthcare and biomedical professionals
-
Innovation and policy stakeholders
